Hello, I am Klaudia
I am a Senior UX Designer based in Zurich. I currently work as a UX Team Lead at Swisscard, where I guide designers and researchers in a collaborative environment that values iteration, alignment, and user advocacy. Alongside leadership responsibilities, I remain hands on and actively support three ongoing product projects as a designer.
My experience spans more than 8 years in UX (in Nobel Biocare and Swisscard) and over 10 years in design, including visual and digital communication work that continues to influence my approach to product design.
I actively use AI as a creative and strategic support tool in my workflow, and I believe it will continue to shape the future of how we research, ideate, and build user centered products.
I also give occasional UX talks and guest lectures, including sessions at the University of Edinburgh. Sharing knowledge keeps me connected to emerging perspectives and reinforces the importance of clarity, empathy, and curiosity in design practice.
