UX Methods Gallery
Due to confidentiality, I cannot publicly share most of the work I have created over the past seven years at Swisscard. During this time, I supported the development of design processes, contributed to more than 30 projects, and collaborated across multiple digital ecosystems. I design for every screen size and platform, including web based products, native iOS and Android apps, and responsive portals. I work with both Material Design and iOS design libraries and have been involved in projects across swisscard.ch, americanexpress.ch, private bank partner solutions, the Swisscard App, the customer web portal app.swisscard.ch, SWISS Miles and More collaborations, and additional internal initiatives.
These methods reflect how I explore, validate, design, and refine products with users and cross functional teams. I often work with the customer centric process shown below, sometimes following it end to end and other times joining at a specific phase depending on project needs, maturity, and team context.
Idea framing
Evaluate early concepts to confirm user value and evidence before investing.
Stakeholder interviews
Align expectations, constraints, and goals across teams.
User interviews
Uncover motivations, pain points, and real needs.
Surveys and research
Validate assumptions and measure patterns at scale.
Discovery
Journey mapping
Visualize the full experience to spot gaps and opportunities.
Problem definition
Turn insights into clear objectives and hypotheses.
Workshops and co creation
Generate ideas and align direction with cross functional partners.
Information architecture
Organize content and tasks into intuitive structures.
Flows and wireframes
Explore and communicate user paths early.
Prototyping
Test interactions and gather feedback before build.
Design
Usability testing
Observe real behavior and refine based on evidence.
Design specifications
Provide clarity for engineering and reduce ambiguity.
DQA Design Quality Assurance
A structured review process I developed to ensure implementation reflects intended design. Any gaps are documented and tracked so we deliver the highest possible quality to users.
Iteration after launch
Review insights, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve.
